Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing URSel Learning Solutions. Since our products are digital and instantly delivered, special conditions apply.

1. No Refund After Access Key is Delivered

Once an access key or test link is delivered via WhatsApp or email, the service is considered fully provided. Therefore, refunds are not applicable after delivery.

This applies to:

  • URSel MI Test
  • Aptitude Tests
  • Employee Assessments
  • Mock Tests
  • All digital access-based services

2. Refunds for Duplicate Payments

If a user accidentally makes duplicate payments, a refund will be processed for the extra transaction.

Users must contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Payment ID
  • Amount paid
  • Registered mobile number

3. Technical Issues During Payment

  • If payment fails but money is deducted, refund is processed automatically within 3–7 working days by the bank/payment gateway.
  • We do not control bank processing timelines.
  • If payment is successful but access is not received, contact us with payment ID.

4. Incorrect Details Provided by User

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • Incorrect WhatsApp number is entered
  • User does not download or check report
  • User does not complete the test after receiving access

We will assist in re-sharing access after proper verification.

5. Test Not Completed / User Unavailability

  • No refund if user does not attempt the test
  • No refund if user is unavailable after purchase
  • No refund if user changes decision after receiving access

6. Service Guarantee

In case of technical issues from our side:

  • A new access key may be issued
  • OR issue will be resolved promptly

Refund will be provided only if:

  • Access is not delivered
  • Issue cannot be resolved

This situation is extremely rare.
