URSel Learning Solutions was founded by Noushad N., a practicing psychological counselor. The idea grew out of a pattern seen repeatedly in counseling sessions: people who had been told, early on, that they weren't "smart" — based on one narrow measure of intelligence — carrying that belief long after it stopped being useful, or true.
URSel exists to offer a broader, more accurate picture. Instead of a single score, our assessments map the different ways someone thinks, learns and solves problems, so the people who take them come away with language for strengths they may have always had but never had a name for.
